Originally
from Idaho, Larry was raised on a large ranch. As a young adult, he headed to Texas, where he owned and operated a construction
business and invested in real estate. In 1998 Larry became a licensed real estate agent, he has been a manager and top producer
in commercial real estate based in Arlington. After longing for the ranch life for several years, 5 years ago he purchased
a ranch west of Springtown in Wise County where he has been ranching as a hobby. Because of his enjoyment of this way of life,
he entered the home and ranch division of the real estate industry a few years ago and found it to be a good fit. However,
while working in the commercial field, Larry developed an ongoing relationship with several investors, who are always eager
to purchase Texas properties. This has definitely been a plus, because they purchase investment properties not only commercial,
but recreational properties as well. Larry has a strong focal point in negotiating contracts and getting all of the details
worked out in order to satisfy his clients in the sale or purchase of their property.

Although, born and raised in Irving (the big suburb of Dallas), "thankfully" we now reside
outside of Springtown on a ranch. I enjoy helping others find the house and/or ranch of their dreams. I work independently
or in many cases work jointly with Larry, my husband of 31 years. We work well together but at the same time, we each have
our own separate roles. I gather all the facts about the homes, Larry gathers all the information on the land. I take most
of the pictures and post them on the web and I handle the advertising. I take care of most of the administrative
tasks including maintaining the website, where Larry is strong in negotiating skills and works diligently in bringing
both parties (buyer and seller) together, and follows up by working with the title companies from start to finish
to complete the sale. We advertise extensively to reach as many prospects as possible nationwide. Our listings are posted
on several real estate websites and we advertise in several monthly magazine publications.

BEN WAHLE COMMERCIAL AGENT
Ben Wahle
has over 38 years of real estate management and sales experience. Beginning in 1969 he served as property manager for the
Pebble Beach Corporation in California. In 1978, he accepted the position of Director of Commercial Development and Marketing
for Vail Associates in Vail, Colorado. During that period of time he oversaw existing company assets and also served on the
Management Committee team to develop a new Destination Resort Beaver Creek. After moving back to California, Ben accepted
a position as Owner's Representative for a large 480,000 sq ft high rise Class "A" office building in San Jose. For several
years he was the Owner's Representative at the Cannery Row Company in Monterey. After relocating to Ft. Worth 10 years ago,
he was serving as the Owner's Representative at the Lone Star Tower located at the Texas Motor Speedway until 2004. The tower
is a multi-use complex with 78 condominium's and also Class "A" office space. In the past 2 years, Ben has been representing
clients in Commercial Sales/Leasing in the Arlington and Ft.Worth area, working closely with Larry Rodgers in negotiating
and completing various transactions. Together, they have established a substantial clientele base, working with investors
crossing over from Commercial to Ranch/Recreational investment properties.
